Yvette has background in Human Resources and is passionate working with people to increase their influence and impact.  Much of her work has involved unlocking new energy and overall engagement at work.

Through facilitation and coaching, Yvette enjoys engaging with diverse people and she creates an inclusive, safe learning space to optimise learning. Working in a VUCA – volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous context, Yvette listens with empathy and provides an excellent “sounding board” for people to unpack, review and gain perspective on options to explore in closing gaps from where they are and where they want to be.
